Hands on involvement in the industry through an operational base servicing customers. This lead to an identification of potential of the technology through an understanding of industry changes and requirement gaps.
A number of sessions were carried out in order to outline the potential platform in relation to the problem that was identified in the previous stage.
A market review and In order to create a business case for the platform and the identification of an innovative step towards the commercialization of the platform was carried out in order to build a case toward protecting the solution. Suppliers were brought on board to develop the platform under the guidance of our Chief Technical Officer.
The platform is now in advanced minimum viable product (MVP) stage and efforts have been undertaken to acquire the initial client base through contact with industry and marketing materials being generated, including social media and websites.

Data is an all important aspect of our modern world. Through our broad experience within the field of market research and operational capabilities, an opportunity was identified to leverage our current infrastructure to reliable and quasi real-time actionable data to clients.
Sessions were undertaken in liaison with strategic partners in order to design the workflow and system constitution. Several tests have been carried out, with a number more being planned.
